Terms and Conditions for Jungle Lofts:

Booking and Payment:

​

  • All reservations must be made through our website or authorized booking platforms.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

  • Additional services such as airport transfers, private chef dinners, and private driver services will be charged separately and must be arranged in advance.

 

Check-In and Check-Out:

​

  • Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8 PM.

  • Check-out must be completed between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Guests must inform us in advance of their estimated arrival time.

 

Cancellation Policy:

​

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.

 

Property Rules:

​

  • Jungle Lofts is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

  • Pets under 20 lbs are allowed, but guests must inform us in advance if they plan to bring a pet.

  • Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours.

 

Guest Responsibilities:

  • Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

  • Guests must keep the property in a clean and orderly condition.

  • All appliances and equipment must be used according to their instructions.

  • The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property as stated in the booking confirmation.

 

Safety and Security:

  • Guests must ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

  • Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.

  • Jungle Lofts is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during your stay.

 

Services and Amenities:

​

  • Our concierge service is available 24/7 to assist with any needs or requests.

  • Complimentary WiFi, premium entertainment options, and access to our fitness facilities are included with your stay.

  • Housekeeping services are available upon request.

  • Breakfast is available at 37 euros per person and must be arranged in advance.

  • Private chef dinners can be arranged at an additional cost, depending on the cuisine and requirements.

 

Health and Safety:

  • Jungle Lofts uses eco-friendly, Method antibacterial products to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

  • Guests must adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by the property.

 

Liability:

  • Jungle Lofts is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or using its facilities.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring their own safety and well-being during their stay.

 

Termination:

​

  • Jungle Lofts reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who fails to comply with these terms and conditions without a refund.
